What countries do you ship to?
We offer worldwide shipping.
How long does it take to receive my order?
All our items are printed on-demand. Some products may take more business days to process and print (fulfillment). Your order will be shipped immediately after fulfillment.
If you are ordering from one of the following countries, shipping speed will show up on each product's page:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Korea, Republic of, Latvia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States
If you're ordering from a country that's not listed above, then your order could take anywhere from 5 to 14 days. Please note that on average it's 12 days, however, in some cases, it could take up to 20 days (specific countries such as the United Arab Emirates).
If at any stage you're concerned about your order's delivery date please do send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order's tracking number and we can get back to you with the estimated delivery date.
How much is shipping?
We provide free shipping on all orders from the US.
If you're outside the US, shipping fees apply. Based on your location and order, the shipping flat rate will show up on your checkout page.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, that’s not possible once your order has started printing. When an order comes in it’ll be queued for printing automatically, soyou need to let us know ASAP(email@example.com) as we can only change or cancel your order if it is still in the queue to be printed.
Returns and Refund
The item I ordered is defective, what do I do?
This really shouldn’t happen but if it does, please contact us within a week of receiving the order and we can either replace it or give you a refund.
How to proceed:
1) Email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) with some pictures of the defects, a description of the defects, and your order number.2) We’ll get back to you with instructions for the next steps.
I’ve changed my mind and don’t want my order anymore. Can I get a refund?
Because all our t-shirts are printed on-demand, we’re not able to offer returns if you’ve changed your mind after purchasing. However, please still get in touch with us and we might be able to offer you other forms of compensation.
I didn’t receive my order? What do I do?
Please contact us within 1 week after the estimated delivery date so we can help you locate your order or replace it.
